Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy

Shipping

Goodies & Gadgets ships throughout South Africa using:

• PUDO
• The Courier Guy

Please allow 3–5 working days for delivery once your parcel has been collected by the courier.

Customers will receive tracking information where applicable.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original condition
• The item must include original packaging where applicable

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs when returning items to Goodies & Gadgets. We do not cover or reimburse the cost of returning items to our store.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, a refund may be declined.

Refunds may take several working days to reflect depending on the payment provider or bank.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned:

• Used products
• Damaged items caused by misuse
• Items returned without original packaging where required

Store Credit & Lay-Bys

Goodies & Gadgets does not offer store credit or lay-by facilities.
