Refund and Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us of the faulty or incorrect item within 7 working days of delivery. The item will be collected and replaced, at the cost of the buyer. After inspection. We permit the rights to reject a fault if we find it to be misleading. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase without receiving a complaint we can’t offer you an exchange. Once your return arrives at our premises a refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, You will be notified that we have received your returned item and whether its been approved or denied for a refund.
Once approved, your refund or replacement will be processed, Replacement will be issued & delivered at buyers cost. Delivery is non refundable. Banking details may be required, for refunds. Depending on your bank this may take a certain amount of days.
Refund on Sale items:
Only regular priced items will be refunded, On sale items unfortunately cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We will replace / exchange items that are defective or damaged, within 7 days of purchase. The item will be collected and replaced, at the cost of the buyer. Please read our T&C for more info. Please be sure of the item you choose to purchase, we strictly do not return or refund for buyers remorse.
