With this convenient electric roaster and smoker, you won’t have to light a fire or turn on an oven to create tender and flavourful dishes of ribs, brisket, chicken wings or salmon.

You can either hot smoke foods to cook them at higher teperatures or cold smoke them to add flavour. You can also use the combine smoke function to cold smoke first and then automatically hot smoke to cook and seal in the delicious smokey flavours.
